“I had to establish my parents in an assisted living facility. In order to prepare for Medicaid once their money was exhausted, I contacted SPS for assistance. Their team of professionals were kind and gentle as we progressed through the process. They were able to successfully negotiate getting my Dad on Medicaid and also liaised with the staff at the assisted living facility. I could not provide a higher recommendation for SPS and am grateful for the tedious work they performed to facilitate the Medicaid enrollment process.“

Her wishes are to remain in her home until her last breath. So, we needed to find an excellent team of people who can deliver quality care in her home. If a particular care provider isn't a great fit, they will adjust immediately for the next visit. I'm absolutely blown away by the care we have received. Brings tears to my eyes actually.

The other day I received a call from the Director of Operations, because we overpaid on one of our bills, so she said we'd be reimbursed. We had a lovely conversation which further solidified my trust in Comfort Keepers.
