Dr Sica is AWESOME! She was gentle, kind and compassionate. ADORABLE.. I strongly believe that it's so needed in this world, especially in the healthcare industry. I wish EVERY Doctor could, would be this way. When people are dealing with pain, sickness etc... the last thing they want or need is someone rude and unpleasant to them as I've unfortunately experienced with the front desk more than once. Some individuals should NOT be working in the healthcare industry. It's so sad...
I finally found Dr. Patel after 3 visits elsewhere. 5 stars are not sufficient. The office made me an appointment within 15 minutes of my call. Dr. Patel was very thorough. I was finally on track to have my eye infection healed. She also followed up with me, via phone call, the next day as did her assistant, Alison, the day after that. I can't thank the staff enough!! I have already recommended Dr. Patel to others.
I had been experiencing some pain in my left eye which I thought may be a scratched cornea. I called Wednesday morning and they had me in by Thursday afternoon. I saw Dr.Lyons who has a laid back calm demeanor and listened to my concerns as I am someone who has health anxiety and worries a lot. He gave me his personal cell phone and told me if I had any problems with the medication to call him. I ended up needing to call him a few days later unsure if I was having side effects of the medication early in the morning I left him a voicemail and he called me back within 5 minutes and got me in sooner than my appointment I had later in the day.
