A huge thank you to Graceanne Welsh of EXIT Realty Jersey Shore for all the hard work she put in to sell our home in Toms River. Since we were already out of state, she went above and beyond handling the things we weren't there to do and consistently showed our home, and had open houses during the slowest time of the year, the holidays. She found the perfect buyers, a young family who appreciate everything we loved about our home. While we miss our beautiful home, which we put so much love and care into, we are excited about this new chapter in Minnesota with a new granddaughter. I will miss my back and forth with Graceanne, she took a very stressful time and made it so much easier with her kind and humorous way.
