The staff at this office are extremely lovely! Dr. Thomas E. Brandeisky treated me with such amazing care. He was kind, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Thank god for Dr. Brandeisky, we need more doctors like him!

I would suggest going to another ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery group. Dr Chu and his office scheduler are terrible! Diane Mendes Dr. Chu's schedule is awful! The absolute worse!

i waited 3 hours to see the doctor,talked to him for 5 mins.paid my copay at time of service and now have been getting bills for the copy. when i called the billing service they claim the office did not send over paper work showing payment. when i sent them a copy of the receipt they also claim this was not sent to the billing service they need a email which i do not know how to do. i would not recommend this office they do not know how to schedule appointments and do paper work.as far as the doctor goes who knows he did nothing for me
