I just went back for my third visit. I have United healthcare and I feel like I was treated with VIP treatment. The entire visits were extremely pleasant and no waiting time 💛 I'm Grateful for This place!!!
Francesca the young lady who sits in the front helped me with my special needs son and was very patient with the many questions I asked. Francesca was personable, friendly, and supportive. The assistant who I cannot remember (shorter girl with glasses and brown hair) was so bubbly and sweet. She was very funny too! Doctor Kadukiuh was gentle, kind, and we are very pleased with the Smilist. We will be changing our entire family to this location when we switch our insurances. Right now, only my son has insurance in network.
It was such a positive experience from the moment I arrived the front end staff polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable, the hygienist couldn’t have been more excellent in her skills as well as pleasant, and the Dr of dentistry that did my exam was awesome, very upfront honest & very commutative about treatment & outcome.
My experience was everything I expected and more.
