I got my nails and toes done by Molly at Deysi Nails on 9/8 for the first time. They came out EXACTLY how I wanted them to. Molly is kind, professional, friendly and extremely talented. On 9/13 I broke a nail. I called the salon on 9/14 and they were able to get me in to get my nail fixed. Deysi, the owner, refused to charge me for the nail repair, which was totally unnecessary and unexpected. Wonderful customer service! So glad I made the switch from another salon. Deysi Nails will forever have my business. THANK YOU! ♥️🥰
I’m so grateful to have found this beautiful, clean salon! All of the employees ate incredibly kind. You are not made to feel rushed or like a number. The owner Deysi put me with Stephanie for my first experience. I am BLOWN AWAY! Stephanie listened to me, and EXECUTED! Her attention to detail was just like me! Even down to which way the lines were facing! Stephanie reshaped my nails and was so meticulous in making sure each nail was shaped to perfection including cuticle clean up and her design work. I know I can be a difficult customer, but Stephanie was so kind and understanding of my needs. She was steps ahead of my questions and needs and we were on the same page the whole time.
