I was a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today….. I asked if 1:00 pm was available and was told yes. Arrived for my appointment and the person was not yet there. I was asked if I wanted to wait or have someone else do it. I said I’d wait. .. 35 minutes later still not in the shop! Why was I told yes for 1:00 if he wasn’t in?? Very disappointed…. I have patiently waited in the shop if they run behind…. Never a problem because I book on my days off…. This was unnecessary…. Drove all the way there to wait when he wasn’t even in . Going elsewhere... read full review

I ask for NOT USING DRILL TO TAKE OFF GEL! They can be soaked off . Then ask NOT TO CUR AND JUST JUST TOO, hi did not listen aak s for square . Nothing square about these . Sorry won’t be back. So annoying when they do not listen to customer ! I have a business and that will never work . So now need to refile

I Love this Nail Salon. Everyone is talented. I especially Love the owner “ Tyler “ (Tie) he is a perfectionist, kind and extremely Quiet.. so don’t get put off by his quiet nature..He is a master at Beautiful nails. Great Place.
