Went to Carmen’s for the first time today for a silk press for my daughter. Carmen did an AMAZING job on her hair. Everyone was so nice and the shop is clean. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back again!
Old Philly Cuts regular here. New staff didn't speak a lick of English and got me exactly what I wanted anyway. Came in for a men's haircut, but they threwn in a wash + shave anyway at no charge. Will definitely be back
