“This was my first experience at Gentle Dental of Branchburg. I was referred to Gentle Dental by a close friend who has nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism and quality of service provided by Dr. Brenner and his associate, Dr. Fears. Upon arriving at Gentle Dental, I found the office staff to be very pleasant and friendly. Expecting to be directed to the waiting room, I was surprisingly escorted to Dr. Brenner’s office a few minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. The office is very modern, clean, and attractively decorated. After he and his dental assistant welcomed me, Dr. Brenner asked if I had a specific dental concern and inquired about my general health. After proceeding with his examination, Dr. Brenner confirmed what I suspected; that I had deterioration of an upper level wisdom tooth. Dr. Brenner used a camera to show me the damage to the affected tooth and recommended that he remove a large silver filling in the tooth and replace it with a composite material.Throughout the process, Dr. Brenner explained every step in the process, frequently asked how I was doing, and helped me to feel totally comfortable and confident in his dental expertise. At no point did I experience any pain or discomfort. I was totally impressed with Dr. Brenner’s “gentle” approach to dentistry, high level of professionalism, as well as the exceptional quality of his work. Despite having to travel close to 25 miles to get to his office, I’m delighted to be one of the newest members of the Gentle Dental family of patients.”
