First I want to say a big thank you. I was turn down by pet smart because my dog has a enlarge heart but hacks every so often. Her vet said it was okay to groom but no one would call me back to book or said no. I called pet spaws told her what happened so she book her a appointment and look at my princess all cute. Thank so much for a great service and being kind to us. My forever place until god calls my princess home. Thank you ?

Our pups are comfortable and they always turn out looking cute! Pet spaw have been great at getting me in even if I forget to make appointments. If you want someone who truly loves and care for the puppies, this is the place for you! She also make sure she keeps up with newer techniques and tools and would travel to attend conventions to further her knowledge in taking great care of the fur babies.

The excellent communication is the 1st thing that I noticed about Pet Spaw. You get a text with your appointment information, you receive a text when your dog is done and ready for pick up. They don’t have 10 dogs at a time so I know that my dog is safe and always visible to them. They ask what type of cut you want, they ask if you are satisfied at pick up. They tell you how your dog did during the service. It all comes back to excellent communication and care. And, our little guy always looks cute and is clean and happy at pick up. I am so happy that our friend told us about Pet Spaw.
