Our Northeast Power Dry team was very helpful during a difficult time. Paul and Kevin quickly met with us to patiently walk through the process to properly set our expectations. Afterwards Julio and Alexander managed the project ensuring that issue was properly resolved. We really appreciated their professionalism and assistance throughout this process.
Crew Chief Eduardo Henriquez and his helper arrived quickly to survey the under sink damage from two leaking pipes. The plumber replaced both valves. They cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized the affected mold areas under the sink, and then proceeded to place three large fans in the kitchen. They sealed off the kitchen area with thick plastic with a zipper to get into the kitchen when needed. After two days, another NE Power Dry technician came to inspect the drying process and the fans. The next day, he returned to remove the fans and the plastic. The NE Power Dry crew chief and technicians were friendly, helpful in explaining the process, and were professional....read full review
Christian and Tyler did an excellent job setting up the water remediation in our house. Great explanation and very nice! Kevin and Paul as well. It was so helpful having them deal with the insurance company. Lamar came to check on the cleanup and then remove the equipment and clean up. . He came early which was helpful for us, and did an equally excellent job cleaning up. Thanks NE PowerDry team you were great!
