We also have been trying g to cancel membership with retro fitness. They close the one I attended and said they notified everyone. I was not notified. Now they are giving me the run around. I have even tried the BBB. No help there either.

Honestly the best gym I’ve ever been a part of, the staff is incredible and friendly and the crowd of members is really awesome. It genuinely feels like you’re among friends there and it’s a really comfortable place to work out. 10/10

The greatest staff at the front desk. Lost my towel and called to see if anyone saw it. A kind staff found it, he washed, dried and folded it. And he gave it to me at 6am when I came in. No act of kindness goes unnoticed. Jeff livingston
