I was visiting my grandmother at Morris View when she mentioned she had seen ants in her room. About an hour later, Santiago (I believe that was his name) came in. At first, I was a bit concerned and honestly nervous that he might use some kind of chemical that could affect my grandmother. However, it turned out to be the complete opposite of what I expected. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which immediately put me at ease.
