John called me back after we had our system emergency pumped by another company. He still gave me great guidance on next steps to testing our existing system. He was professional and helpful and actually advised me not to have him come look at it. Very honest. Give him a call. He will get back to you that day.
John came to our house to investigate a slow draining septic. John and his team were very thorough, on time, communicated clearly and we’re priced reasonably. John also helped me out a year ago when we needed emergency pumping as he came out the day before a big snowstorm to help us out. I’d highly recommend John for any septic work!!
