I wouldn't even recommend them to diagnose or "try" to fix your AC problem. We made an appointment with them and we were sent 2 different technicians with 2 conflicting diagnosis. The first one came ill equipped with tools that were needed to diagnose the problem. We even provided batteries for his most important tool. Customer service is poor in their main office too. We were left hanging with no proper updates on the status of the parts that we needed even after several phone calls made by my husband. There was no urgency or at least some empathy on their part especially that it happened during the heat wave this summer. We spent several hundred dollars... read full review
