I have only positive experiences in this location, but last week went to get waxed with KIKI and man, oh man!! She was AMAZING! 10 OUT OF FREAKING 10!!!! Kiki was my esthetician and as a first timer she made me feel SO SO SO comfortable! She’s extremely professional and patient. she didn’t make me feel awkward or embarrassed about Miss mamas ?cause it was giving George W. Bush frfr ?? and she made sure to check in with me throughout the whole service to make sure i was still ok with continuing with the sugaring! from the playlist (she was playing that r&b WORK❤️) to the communication you can definitely see she cares about what she’s doing! My first time getting waxed and it was the best experience. Lis was absolutely wonderful, she made Me feel so comfortable and she was just amazing. If I could have given her more stars, I would definitely be back.
