The initial intake was very good. They were polite and helpful. Going into the room to discuss my concerns was very slow especially since there was no one there when I got to the office. The PA was polite and professional and did a good job, however, my parent was agitated by the wait time for the doctor to appear. I will go there again as they provided some of the services needed but they should do a better job with time management. Overall a good job.
Woke up with a tight chest due to allergies I was able to book my appointment for the same day. Service was exceptional. They took me in by the time my appointment was scheduled for and the service from the doctors and nurses and the front desk was top-tier would highly recommend to anyone and for someone who was paying out-of-pocket for the services. It was definitely within my budget.
I brought my 18-month-old son to Atlantic Urgent Care in Bloomfield on a Sunday afternoon and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the front desk girls Andrea & Chiquanna were kind and welcoming — they helped us check in quickly and made us feel comfortable right away.
Jessica the PA who examined my son was absolutely wonderful — patient, gentle, and so good at explaining everything clearly. She took the time to make sure my son was comfortable. Liz, the radiology technician who did his X-rays was amazing too — very caring and calm, which made a big difference with a squirmy toddler.
