Came out quickly, said they'd get a quote in that day. I followed up on Day 3 after not hearing from them, again they said they'd get a quote in that day. Never heard from them. Really unprofessional outfit.

The only reason I am giving one star is because I cannot give 0 or - stars. I really am having a hard time to even know where to begin with the issues my husband and I had from Paul Jr. At first, he sounded knowledgeable and eager to get the job. After getting the job, however, he started to lack responsibility in complying with his words and promises. Worse, this job was attached to an insurance claim, which we had an agenda to follow before the renewal date of our insurance. Firstly, he took several months to send an estimate, several weeks later after he finally sent the estimate, he took additional several weeks to send the contract for us to sign to send to the mortgage... read full review

Anthony and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and did great work. I reached out to Level Up for my 90 year old mom had been waiting a year for roof replacement from small local operators who kept putting her off because...weather. Yes, it rained a lot this spring, but Level up came in with a large crew and finished the roof in a day within two weeks of the quote. We could not be more pleased.
