Been going to Jenny’s for 3 years now. I only go to Tom I love his work. Yes, Jenny can be very rude at times I feel like I’ve learned to deal with her I’m just rude back but over all I’ve never had an issue here with my nails. I think it’s just her culture if you ask me. I love how each nail is the exact same shape. The pedicures can use a little more care in them unless you get the spa deluxe it’s just a basic pedicure with no massages or anything extra. If you want the extra you have to pay for the spa deluxe pedicure. I do that like maybe 3 times a year. I really do recommend Tom he gets super booked and busy so you have to make your appointment in advance.

I was pleased that they were ready to help me when I arrived but was a bit underwhelmed by the experience. A very basic pedi. I didn't really like the choice of colors. I didn't get any kind of massage. I just got my toenails done.Service: Pedicure

Tom Is great, he has a lot of clients so be on time and that’s it. Yes it’s a service but people can’t expect service if their appointment is at 1 and show up at 1:30 - he will go to the next person and believe me, he has them waiting. He is amazing at nails- honestly the best. Jenny is a grump. Flat out. Don’t expect customer service from her. Ever. Five stars for Tom, 1 star for jennys attitude lol
