Halpin -Bitecola was amazing and offered their services and support recently during our time of loss of my mother-in-law. They made something very difficult much easier for our family and guided us through the entire process. From the moment they picked up my mother-in-law up from our home following her passing away. They showed much care, compassion and respect in honoring her and made it clear that they were a great choice for our final arrangements. Dan and Melanie Bite-Cola are wonderful people and very compassionate, providing outstanding service and care during a difficult time. I've worked with them twice in the past year as both of my parents passed recently.
When a dear friend passed suddenly and tragically, Melanie was nothing but supportive and patient through the entire process. She was available at all hours to address any concerns the family had, extended the courtesy of covering costs due to the unexpected circumstances of the passing and ensured the family made the right decisions without rushing the process.
