This is my third and last time at this salon. I was given an appointment time and end up waiting more than two hours while they take person who came in after me because she was talking crappy about the service. It was obvious that the braiders take the customers who yell and talk loudly about the service as another customer began to yell to let them know she needed to go. What do you know… yes. She was attended to immediately.
Poor service and greed. If you don’t have the manpower you should not schedule appointments.

Came in for kinky twist, and they came out 10 out of 10 amazing, not too tight, perfect parts, great quality work and very professional! They make you feel like family and the shop is very clean! This is my 4th time going to this shop and they are now my go to everytime!!
