Everything from Hope Cress is incredible. This Thanksgiving I picked up a fresh turkey from them, and it was hands down the best turkey I’ve had in my life. it was the absolute star of the dinner table. My family is still talking about it!
I also grabbed cranberries, honeynut squash, broccoli, and sweet potatoes from them and made all my sides from scratch. The cranberry sauce and honeynut pie were amazing. Everything was so fresh and flavorful.

I bought two turkeys from Hope Cress Farms, about 50 lbs between the two of them, and couldn’t have been happier! They were just perfect. This was the first time I’ve cooked fresh turkey. Not having to defrost the turkey and trying to get the giblets out of a still frozen bird was a real pleasure. We roasted one turkey and smoked the other. They were both delicious!!
A Hidden Gem of a Farm Stand!
Stopped by this little farm stand while passing through town and was so glad I did. The peaches and watermelons were absolutely delicious—perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor. Fresh squash that was also available. The person running the stand was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, this spot is definitely worth a quick stop!
