Their Beef, is amazing it tastes how beef is supposed to plus it's dry aged for 15 days. I haven't bought meat from a supermarket since my 1st order of 1/8 beef last year in August. Since then I have bought two 1/4 beef shares from Beaver Brook Ranch and just sent an 1/8 to my Father. I also have ordered a 1/2 pork for myself before and just ordered one for my Mother. I feel energized and mentally clear since eating clean. Definitely worth the money.

I picked up our 1/2 "share" last week on the 11th ,was greeted with open arms from Stefan and his super friendly and helpful staff and they loaded it up for me in the truck so I could keep my granddaughter occupied (was only a few minutes). Anyway, made my first Delmonico's today,"low n slow,and WOW, yeah, what a difference with the grass fed grass finished! Already have chuck roast going as well for that recipe from that Joanne Gaines cookbook (amazing)(I've been eyeing up BBR for awhile and this year "pulled the trigger" on getting my beef there.
