I cannot recommend Beaver Brook Ranch enough. I regularly purchase the 1/4 cow share and the quality of the beef is outstanding. Every cut is flavorful, tender, and far better than anything you’ll find at the grocery store.
The variety of cuts you receive with the quarter share is fantastic, and everything is packaged neatly and easy to store. It also feels great knowing exactly where my meat comes from and supporting a local ranch that clearly cares about the animals and the quality of their product.

The quality of meat is superb. Once we have tried the beef with beaver ranch. The store bought one just does not taste the same and can’t compare. It is so tender and also easy to digest, Nick doesn’t have any upset stomach from eating the beef we got from beaver ranch. The steak is even better than prime steak you get from restaurant or store bought, and it doesn’t shrink after you grill them either. Highly recommend.

I've bought beef, pork, and beef tallow from the farm and have been very happy with all the products I've gotten from them. They pledge they kill pigs humanely so I only eat the pork I get from them.
On a funny note, my cat is a terrible beggar for food from the table. To wean him off this, I've taken to giving him licks of beef tallow cream (unscented) from my hand, instead of food for humans, and everybody is happy. He absolutely loves the tallow cream!
