“I came in wanting to pick up some pretty and simple arrangements, and that’s exactly what I got, and I’m so happy with it! I was a bit nervous because I’ve never been to a florist before, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get an arrangement since I was a walk-in customer and hadn’t called to place an order. But the two women working there were incredibly kind and helpful. I only had an idea of how much I was willing to spend, not what flowers or colors I wanted. The flowers are beautiful and beautifully arranged, and I’m so thankful for the wonderful customer service. I can say I’ll be back, will be recommending this florist shop, and if you’re not confident in getting your flowers and bouquets from here, you should be because they’re great and kind people who clearly know what they’re doing.“

I have never seen single rose presented so beautifully. I was also impressed that she was able to get it delivered to the right suite at the courthouse, which is often tricky. :)“

“I am at this location at least once a week . I always have a pleasant interaction with employees because most of them know me by seeing me . Today was a day that Nicole at the door checking out guest apparently wasn’t having a good day . We had two shopping carts but used two cards . Instead of her listening to what I had to say , when I pulled the item up that I had for it to be scanned . She says to me “ and you act like that and have a Bible in your cart “ . First and foremost when is associates concerned with what people purchase ? Her attitude sucked . I spoke with Taylor the manager on duty and explained what happened . I will be speaking to the store manager tomorrow . Somethings is unacceptable to let come out your mouth . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and she was very unprofessional. Other customers were looking like wow did she really say that to another customer . I will be reporting her to corporate as well“
