“I contacted Wayne's Tree Service via their website for a quote, Bonnie got back to me within 30-minutes. Bonnie was not sure if they did work in my area, but I saw on their website they did so she scheduled an appointment for me. Unfortunately, whoever set up their website incorrectly indicated too many areas they work in and Bonnie called me back roughly 5-10-minutes after the appointment schedule to say she was sorry, but they do not work in my area. While I am very disappointed, I understood and thanked her for her diligence.
