Spoke to Maria on the phone for a problem with my water softener….
She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
My house was a little far from their service area so they could not help me…
But I would recommend them just for their customer service and willingness to help…

I needed to buy some parts for my water softener system and Paul was a tremendous help! I spoke to him over the phone and my wife picked up the part. He helped assemble the part to make sure it fit and was very informative. We put everything back together at home and it worked perfectly. Thank you Paul & AWC!
