“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

I am never rushed, he is such a warm and kind person. Diego is my stylist that also is a true artist. He makes my fine hair look and feel thick! He gives suggestions, has a conversation about what you’d like and what would ideally work with your hair. I have never been disappointed. Again, he takes his time, I’ve never had anyone take the time he does to even blow out my hair. Isidra is so sweet and again, another master.
