“Jeronimo was responsive, punctual and so knowledgeable. I thought the gutters were leaking but he quickly found that the underlayment on my 80 year old slate needed replacement on one section of the roof. He carefully removed each slate, added new underlayment and then replaced each slate in its original position cutting new ones where necessary. He pointed out problems from previous repairs. What great work! I will use JCX for all my slate maintenance in the future.“

“HIGHLY recommended. I came out because I had a leak way up on my roof in the vent stack. The guys came on time and went way up there and fixed it really, really well. They showed me photos of the old cover and it was in ruins. I also saw how they did the new one and by their work I could tell they were really knowledgeable on how to work on roofing. I asked about other parts of the roof, where they could have charged me more, but instead gave me some free advice and inspected the roof and patched some nail pops at no extra charge. I am going to hire them to do more just because they did such a great job with this small project. I am confident they do quality work, and I have an eye for how things are done. I am actually contacting them right now to do some more work for me. A very smart way to do business, I think this company is going to go very far.“

We had a major problem with frost in the attic due to bad ventilation, causing mold and some other big issues.Manny came out right away and really took the time to assess the situation and thoroughly explain our options. His crew was out in no time and finished in a very timely manner making sure everything was cleaned up before they left every night.We also used Lasting Construction because we were having some water come in through the walls making the paint bubble. Manny knew right away it was a gutter issue. “I used NJAHC to install a new roof two years ago. Although I rarely leave reviews, I left one at that time commending the work of the entire team. The staff was superb, and their service, efficiency, workmanship and overall demeanor were exceptional.Following a major rainstorm last week, we had a small water problem with unknown origin. When I left a message with NJAHC mentioning the issue (and that we had plumbers looking into its origin), not only did I receive a call back within hours, but Jon (the owner) came to my home to explore -- he went above and beyond what I would expect of our roof installer by exploring our attic to basement to try and identify the origin of the problem.At this moment, we have not yet identified the issue, but both our plumbing company (Air Group) and Jon have been outstanding. Jon indicated that he "hopes it is a roof issue", because if it is, he knows that he can easily solve any problem.Unfortunately, this type of service and accountability is rare in the service industry. Thanks to NJAHC and the entire team.“
