Amazing customer service. The team was always responsive, flexible, and went above and beyond to help us, providing recommendations and additional instructions. They promptly answered all of our questions. Quality of services was impressive, they cleaned everything and are super knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.
RDC is an excellent restoration company. They make sure that everything is done right, and we are very happy with their service and communication. We unfortunately had several issues with our home over the past several years that required their services, and we are very grateful for their expertise in taking care of everything quickly and professionally.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Russ and RDC Restoration!! This was 4th time we dealt with him/RDC and their standards and professionalism remain top tier!! We called Russ on a Sunday and he immediately answered the call personally. He fit us in for the next morning (he would have come the day we called but we told him to come the next day). Russ was so knowledgeable and honest. Because of his educating us in the past on how to start mitigating we were able to avoid a costly remediation.
