⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lifetime Academy was an experience! Oh my God they have everything on deck! The sauna was heavenly, the massage chairs were next level, and the workout left me feeling amazing. The atmosphere was on 100 from the swimming pool to kickboxing and water acrobatics, everything was absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back! ?

Low to no AC -it is hard to exercise like that. There is no consideration for customers who need to wear long sleeves due to religion. Please turn up your AC! Late afternoon- Night shift (women's locker room) staff look annoyed and unapproachable all the time. Showers smelly and dirty. Some hairdryers that barely work need to be replaced. If there are no improvements soon, I am definitely taking my money elsewhere. UPDATE: adding 2 stars because showers and locker area are MUCH cleaner now! ?

The team at the Berkeley Heights location is absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced! Everyone is so kind, patient, and truly takes the time to explain everything clearly. They went through all my benefits with me and made sure I understood everything I was entitled to.
Special thanks to Brandon, one of the supervisors! he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process so much easier. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
