It was a very good experience, I had a root canal that needed a crown, Dr Ryan was very nice, he explained everything in detail, and he was very friendly and easy with my tooth.Office was nicely decorated, and front desk staff was courteous and friendly, she was able to provide all details about insurance and payments.
Dr. Pelcher is fantastic! My kids, husband & I all go to the BH dental group. Dr. Pelcher has given us outstanding treatment through several dental issues. His team is warm and helpful - from putting my young kids to ease to excellent attention on billing matters. Don’t hesitate to take your whole family!
Staff is warm and friendly. Great customer service. Dr. explained procedure and was very approachable. Took my 14 yo son to have a baby tooth pulled. Great experience for a not so fun procedure. Highly recommend!
