I strongly warn everyone: do NOT ever step into this salon unless you want to completely destroy your hair and waste your money.
From the very beginning, the service was awful. The girl who washed my hair soaked my clothes with water during the shampoo, and I tried to be understanding, thinking maybe she was just inexperienced. But this was just the start of their clear lack of professionalism and basic skills.
Their attitude was absolutely disgusting.

This is not the first time I've been to the salon and I've been satisfied with her work. I don't know what happened this time, if the girl learned from me, but I didn't like what she did to my hair at all. I asked for a bob and this is what she did. It's a complete disaster. I absolutely don't think I'll go back.

They definitely take advantage of people and for this reason I won’t ever be going back. $70 for a wash and set? It’s ridiculous. You can go to any other Dominican hair salon in the Bergenfield area and pay $40 for a very good wash and set.
