I just got home from my grandmother's funeral and I was so surprised and grateful that she looked exactly like she always had. You hear so much about what to expect and I've definitely seen some not-so-great jobs on people I've known and passed before, and it was such a relief to see her just as she was. I didn't say anything until multiple friends and family members came up and said it, as well. The place was also set up beautifully and the people were so helpful with all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for anything to have gone better.
