I gave them my coat for service and they did not wash it. They cleaned a few marks the coat had. I know it wasn't washed because my deodorant marks was still visible and It smelled. They charged me $45. They are scamming people! Don't go there!!

I met the sweetest woman here. She was so understanding of a fashion emergency I had and quickly saved the day and sewed me a new zipper into my shorts and sent me off to my event. I arrived in time despite this little hiccup in the plan and she did a wonderful job despite the rush!

Dropped off some items two weeks ago and was told to come back in one week. Came back the following week and my raincoat which had been dropped the week prior wasn’t cleaned. The owner figured I would take the jacket and pay the $25 cleaning fee after I showed her the makeup marks and stains that had not been addressed. The owner asked I come back the following week which I agreed to even thought this was an inconvenience. Came back the following week and again it wasn’t ready. I told her I want to just take my jacket elsewhere. She demanded I pay her for her work. When I showed her that there were still marks she told me she’d clean it now and come back.
