Simply bad at what he does. Provided drawings to add a second story to our house. He forgot to draw the chimney for the existing fireplace. He was non responsive throughout the whole process. I guess there is a reason he is cheaper than real architects. For your own good … run away

Christopher agreed to produce drawings for a renovation. He produced preliminary drawings, accepted partial payment. The preliminary drawings were rejected by the building department. I reached out to him to make the necessary adjustments and received no responses. I had to hire someone else and start from square one.
