Had a great first experience today with everyone at Busby and will be returning.Nice space, friendly staff, thorough exams. If you’re in the neighbor this is the place you want to go to for all your eye care needs.10/10 stars
Busby has been our go to place for several years now. We have always been very satisfied with all aspects of the service here. This time the experience was taken to a whole new level thanks to the ladies at the front desk! Natalie and Sharon are super personable and caring. Somehow they made the process of trying on and choosing glasses fun! They were so HELPFUL!!! Kudos to the Drs. Busby for adding them to their team and making BFEC even better ?
First time going to Busby family eye care and what a great experience I had. My wife and daughter also went and everyone was so amazing to them as well. The doctor was super friendly and took his time explaining everything. Same thing with my wife and daughter. There was hardly no wait time, just filled out paperwork and was seen right after. The office staff made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. They are very personable and kind. They definitely hired a great team. They even remembered my name when I came to pick up my glasses. Great eye doctor and staff. Highly recommend!!! Oh and the glass pricing isn’t bad either. Very fair.
