Called on a Sunday and Ozzie graciously helped me over the phone so I can use the existing AC. Then, on Thursday, fit me in last minute to install a new one- knowledgeable, kind and generous- not many companies like them around especially when in high demand. Thank you for saving me! Contacted All Week Heating due to our furnace not working properly. Alex Romeo came by the same day and inspected our furnace. We were told we needed a new pressure switch. Alex told us he would try and locate a replacement as soon as he can for the next day because it was a manufacturer he was not used. Lo and behold they were able to find a replacement and switch in the new pressure switch the same day. Our whole experience was nothing, but professional and courteous. We really appreciate Alex and the team being able to repair our furnace the same day.
