“Many years ago, I received a facial and had an unpleasant experience. I have for years been reluctant to get another one. However, recently, I had a signature facial done @ skin clinic with Katie. The experience was wonderful, so very relaxing , Katie put me at ease from the beginning and explained what she was doing throughout the procedure.
