I will try to keep it short and sweet but I don’t feel like it would be enough to commend the actual gem that this salon is. I’m not a hair expert, I usually get the cheapest highlights and haircuts I can get and I’ve had great results but have also had terrible experiences. I originally came here with my bestie who’s a long time customer and it took over a year for me to make the commitment. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, cared for, and most importantly-supported. I walked in feeling like my hair was dull, faded, dry and needed a miracle. Sam H. was quick to analyze my hair for me and tell me that it just needed a little life added to it. I showed her inspo pics, past highlights I’ve had and loved, and explained all of the hair issues I’ve been having lately. She took her time to walk me through her process every step of the way. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and genuine, cheering me on during the entire process. They really make you feel like you are part of a family.
