Just remember to look into their credentials, they are Chiropractic Doctors with a lot of different certifications. They are legit, I am not saying they are not. They really make you believe they will save your life! But thousands and thousands of dollars later nothing has changed but somehow they keep pulling you in, they have a way about them that keeps you going back, plus you really are trying to get better!Basically If you are comfortable with a Chiropractor treating your entire body then go see them.I get the approach and understand the whole body works together and to have separate Doctor's for everything is crazy but at least they really know and specialize in their...read full review

I was looking for an alternative to the dismissive and unhelpful response that mainstream medicine gave me towards my mystery chronic illness - turns out IWG was not it.I think I was right in their targeted demographic. They post a lot of interesting videos on YouTube. They talked about EMFs. They talked about Lyme's. They talked about heavy metals. They challenged the narrative on masking and hand sanitizers and lockdowns. I agreed with a lot of what they were putting out on social media, and that's how they pulled me in. I wonder if they even present that stuff in good faith, or whether they just see a niche in the market that they can fill? There's a grain of truth in every lie.I feel the $3000ish I spent on the them was mostly a complete loss. I got Dr. Carruthers. I felt he was condescending and not receptive to my input. The money went towards basically collecting my data, aka patient history (...I feel like they should have paid me for that, not the other way around), and then coming up with a personalized selection of expensive testing and supplements that were hundreds of dollars. I started to feel like I was dealing with scammers who were just charging me for their expensive advertising. (They make commission on the supplements too, through the Fullscript program). They make dietary recommendations that are commonplace for your typical health blog but in my opinion foolish. They lack valid credentials, in my opinion. They wanted payment up front (onboarding as they called it) for several telephone sessions and did not refund me for the sessions I didn't take, as about midway through I lost all confidence that they were right for me. At first I wasn't even that angry about it, but "Doctor Nick" and I had a major disagreement that I was quite shocked about given how it seemed to contradict with material they shared on social media. When my refund was refused with rather flimsy explanations, I checked yelp reviews and Glassdoor reviews of former employees and was quite shocked. Altogether the experience made me cry. Somehow I felt like they gaslighted me into thinking I was the problem and they felt quite okay with giving me hope and taking my money for doing virtually nothing. Tiny note: they use a proprietary technology to do some of their "testing" using a follicle of your hair. They don't describe the technology or give any explanation how this works. I don't think it's true DNA testing or even related to DNA. It seems almost like they are doing a tarot card reading to tell you what toxins/infections you have in your body and/or what foods trigger you. My experience was years back. Was never going to write a review until I thought of them just recently, and saw some of the newer reviews showing that they are still at it. I sincerely hope they fail as a business. Maybe they are good people (how am I to judge?) but they do NOT run a fair business, and that's what's important when deciding where to place your money. As desperately sick as I was/am, it would have been better to do NOTHING than to consult with IWG. That's the takeaway.

$12,000 down the drain in less than 12 months and still in chronic pain. They start you on your first program with an extensive in-house treatment protocol. I drove from Long Island to New Jersey every weekend to get treatments done. I went in trying to get to the root of my JRA. We started the detox protocol and it automatically reignited my RA. I was swollen for the next 6 months. Nothing was getting better and I was nearing the end of my 1st cycle. After spending around $6k on first program and still in so much pain they tell you that another program is needed. My intuition was SCREAMING do not do this. Yet I was convinced by the "doctors" that I did all this treatment work for nothing if I don't continue. Another $6k .... I wanted to believed in this group so much. It makes me SICK that they charge the amount of money they do and yet clients are still SO sick. Just one example of their ridiculously priced protocol $300 for a chakra clearing is a literal JOKE Save yourself the pain and money and search elsewhere for a true holistic practitioner not another scam practice
