Customers describe Feria Construction as amazing, knowledgeable, quick, and very reasonable. Crews installed an attic fan and explained the process and how the fan works. One customer needed a roof that was over 20yrs old with leaks around the chimney; the quote and schedule worked out for a specific week, the crew showed up on time, and the roof was completed in 1 day. Additional work was necessary on the chimney that required a 2nd day, but all work was done efficiently, timely, and the crew cleaned up the yard so well even the landscaper was pleased. Crews also addressed crumbling front brick and concrete steps, showing 2 different designs and completing a larger landing with steps going further forward, with attention to detail and a crew that was nice, polite, and attentive. Crews installed a gazebo cupula and reroofed it, replaced rotting deteriorated facia wood on a barn, and replaced vinyl siding that had holes. They are very skilled and detailed, custom builders and workers, and one of the neatest and cleanest companies. The owner also showed up on the job to insure the workers were doing the job properly. Crews installed gutters along a house and offered to help pump water out of the basement. The company is honest, personable, and highly recommended, and could possibly give out payment plans.
