Brenda is an excellent yoga instructor. We were nicely spaced for her stretch class. Her yoga class with breathing and meditation was also excellent. I will be returning for more classes.

Life is good at Bella Buddah Yoga! Brenda and Nancy are truly caring, creative instructors who keep so many of us coming back for more. The sparkling clean studio provides a soothing and welcoming atmosphere for the mat and chair yoga classes offered.
