The staff from beginning to end were great, systems seem to be working great. They just ended the work day almost 3 hours past daylight and I wasn’t able to see the outside correctly and kind of signed off blindly. Next day in daylight everything seems good. Just wish they would have started earlier so the work was done before 8:30pm. Over all the gentlemen that installed and the everyone definitely great and recommended
I was notified in advance via text message with the technician 's photo, I also received a call from Stan, the technician prior to the appointment.Stan was very knowledgeable and professional, pleasant and polite.
My AC was 15 years old having several issues causing the AC to not work properly. I got a couple estimates prior to contracting with Air Experts and I am more than happy with my decision. Scott was great to work with and he was able to provide me a very reasonable cost for a new AC unit and condenser. He even temporarily installed two window units to get me thru the night and day while the AC was being installed. I was able to get an appointment the very next day and the two man crew was right on time. They were extremely efficient and friendly, getting the job done in 6 hours.
