ICS did an absolutely fantastic job for us, where we replaced the entire HVAC system at our house. It was a non-trivial job that required removing a whole bunch of old equipment, replacing almost all the duct work, placing heating and cooling units in both the basement and the attic, adding many new supply sources in various rooms, adding a bunch of new return air vents, connecting all these equipments so that they talk to each other (and to the thermostat of course), the surge protector. Everything was very professionally done, including the placement of the outdoor condenser unit. No hanging wires or tangled mess anywhere. For the past two years I have been able to relay on Jason and Jerald to provide quick and timely service to my clients. ICS always picks up the phone, and are exceptional at responding to emails. Their techs are always on time and accommodating. There has been countless occasions when they have taken the time to walk me through what I needed, what part needed to be ordered, or just the functions of any given unit. Recently, I was again in a bind, and not once were they seemingly bothered by my consecutive calls with questions.
