Haneef, Kevin, and Devan installed a new water heater, furnace and air conditioning unit for us yesterday. There was an issue with the furnace, but they were able to get somebody scheduled to replace a part the next day, even though it was a weekend. They stayed late to try and resolve everything, even though it made it an incredibly long day for them. David M came today and was able to replace the defective part and complete everything and install a new thermostat for our other system, making sure each zone worked properly before he left. This morning I called C&C to have some initial maintenance on my ac systems on a recently purchased home. John was extremely helpful in showing me some important facts in my system. We now have a maintenance contract with C&C thanks to John.
I used C & C to replace my 14-year old AC and furnace. While there was some confusion over the pricing and I was not completely satisfied with it in the end (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), I decided to still go with them because I was happy with their estimate and the equipment they would be using. My installers were courteous and friendly and they kept my house spotlessly clean by wearing booties and using drop clothes throughout the house. They were done in the estimated time and gave me a walkthrough of both units, as well as assisted me in setting up my new thermostat.
