“I can't say enough about Ray and his team. I had my yard sodded about ten years ago and it did really well until about 3 years ago. We began to get overrun with grassy weeds out front that were near impossible to control, let alone get rid of. My shed looked like a meth lab full of chemicals; I had done the research on how to really care for turf type tall fescue, but it just got out of my control. Last year, I decided to bring in the professionals and met with Ray to see what our options were. He suggested a full reseed out back (which I thought for sure *wouldn't* work), and new sod out front. He gave me all the different options and price options - this is not a business that pushes an aggressive sales pitch. Cerami just want you to be a happy customer. We went with the reseed out back, sod out front...and boy oh boy. I can't believe how great this project turned out. Here we are, roughly 8 weeks later, and I've never seen my yard respond so well to a reseed job. Of course, the sod out front looks fantastic. If you're a lawn junkie like me, and you want your property to look outstanding, call these guys. They're there to help you!“

Everything was done perfectly and any mess was cleaned up before they left. The shrink wrap they used was thick and they even put vents in so it can breathe. “Dave and his men helped us SO MUCH. HE walked in to my home we were remodeling to do tile work. 10 minutes before he got here the so call remodeling company walked off the job. I was lost. Dave turned to me and said ...We are here for you Joy..we will help. They sure did. Tile ..sheetrock..doors..closets..painting..new roof and vinyle siding just to mention a few. “I had just moved in to the neighborhood and never had a sprinkler system before so I did not know that it had to be winterized. Well In beginning of January I started calling around when I realized that needed to happen and all the other ones (at least 4) were telling me they were closed for the season. Not Jim though, he offered to come over that day and did. He was a life saver and he was happy to help. Also his price for the visit was more than fair. I will be calling him again this spring for sure.“

“We had an old pergola, near our pool, with wisteria growing on it that was extremely hard to maintain. Bob came up with a plan for a new structure which was a little bigger than the old one. They demolished the old one and removed the wisteria (which wasn’t easy) and built us a beautiful pavilion which exceeded our expectations by far. Oscar,the foreman, worked tirelessly along with his crew and did the job of a true craftsman. We have received many compliments on it and could not be happier.
