“Just had an appointment and thought to share my positive experiences with Yumi! I’ve seen her for a couple sessions at this time for lash lifts only and I’ve never been happier. I am a woman who has straight lashes (and short) so finding someone who understood my struggles was important.Yumi not only listened to every concern I’ve had but also has been very informative in regards to not just aftercare, but in regards to the health of my lashes as well! My main concern was having an esthetician who was transparent and Yumi would go above and beyond. At one point, she recommended me to take a break because my lashes needed more time to grow and not become “overwhelmed” with the back to back lifts. I just appreciate how she wanted the best for me and not just do a service simply for business means. Overall, i am a loyal client and will definitely go to her for the future (already booking my next session!) 10/10- Before and after!“

“Went in today for brazilian wax, her hands are light, very gentle and takes her time. Of course it’s not gonna be painless, there is still discomfort and some pain, but not like other wax places i’ve been to where they try to cover big areas and yank the whole side and you feel like your uterus has been pulled out. She takes her time and does a very thorough job. She makes sure you are content with the service you got, makes sure everything looks neat.. doesn’t rush your service like most places do that’s why she takes time to check everything. Super nice and easy to talk to :)“

“Katie is amazing! My lashes always come out looking natural, full, and healthy. I never have to worry about my natural lashes. I know how to keep them clean and with Katie’s guidance, we select the service and frequency of visits that work best for me and my schedule. She also is amazing with waxing. I never leave with red irritated skin, like I would at other salons, and she’s even done my makeup for special occasions. It really is a one stop salon. It also doesn’t hurt that the rest of the staff are kind and welcoming. Love the ladies at Charlie’s Lash!“
