“Wonderful care. Excellent service. Beautiful facility. So pleased with every aspect of this place: Clean, welcoming, attentive, well managed and expeditious. I am very particular about where I take my dog. Probably more than for myself, as I lost a family pet to poor care. This place checked all the boxes. Thrilled to have found them.”
“We just want to take a moment to give a very big thank you and compliment to the entire team at this practice.
Both veterinarians and the whole staff are always so kind, friendly, patient, and caring. What we really appreciate is that the doctors actually take the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns. You never feel rushed or like you are just another appointment. That means a lot to us, especially nowadays.
Recently, our cat had an emergency. My wife, Nina, called the practice that morning and explained what was going on. They were able to see our cat that same day, and we were honestly so grateful. When something is wrong with your pet, you are already worried enough, and it makes such a difference knowing that you can call and someone is there to help.
The next day, we even received a follow-up call to check on how our cat was doing. We really appreciate that kind of extra care. Even when everything is okay, it means a lot to know that they remember your pet and take the time to check in.
Thank you for everything you do and for treating our pets with so much care and compassion!”
“We've been taking our dog, Major, to Whippany Veterinary Hospital for 12 years. Our last visit was a week and a half ago. Little did we know that Major would pass away one week later from something that none of us would have predicted. The doctors and staff at WVH have been awesome. They always made me feel like my dog was special which of course they all are. Thank you for everything!”
