Last week I had a reiki and astrological advice session with Kirsten and saying it was incredible is an understatement! I felt so refreshed and calm, and I still feel that same energy a week later. Kirsten was very informative and so kind and I am looking forward to scheduling another reiki session in the future!It was not only my first time doing reiki, but my first time doing an astrological advice reading and I I was so pleased, Kirsten was able to answer my questions in detail and also gave further information and advice. I feel in good hands at Hanu. Every insteuctor has exuded compassion and knowledge. I feel grateful for the time I can spend here. Thwre are a variety of yoga styles, special events and services.
I've taken classes with Kristin at our clubhouse and I love her energy. I find her energy very calming and relaxing. Her instruction is clear and she guides you to your potential. I recommend trying a class with her without reservation.,
