Barnegat Light Therapeutic Massage provides excellent therapeutic massage in a beautiful, clean, and serene facility. The staff is friendly, welcoming, super professional, and very knowledgeable. Therapists are skilled, take their time on areas of tension, and offer helpful suggestions for stretching and pain relief. Clients leave feeling like a new person with substantially reduced pain and muscle tightness. The experience is highly recommended for those with chronic issues or severe tightness. The practice is also very mindful of COVID protocols. It is an overall amazing and healing experience.

Went in for a deep tissue massage today and it was amazing! The office is immaculate! Following all safety protocols and made you feel comfortable. The massage was great! I will definitely be returning!
Amazing experience! Went in knowing the one owners daughter as she recommended me to come in knowing I’m a mother of a 9 month old son and that can be draining in itself. Went in for a massage to relieve some stress and tension that I tend to carry in my back and shoulder and came out feeling AMAZING! Def will be going back again for another session!!
